Awesome eggs!... with around 72 calories for a large egg, around 1.5 grams of saturated fat & between 6-7 grams of protein. Are you including this affordable protein source in your diet?

Such an effective exercise when performed correctly for transverse abdominals, gluteus muscles, adductors, obliques, quadriceps and hamstrings.
Key points to bear in mind are lock the shoulders, weight over the elbows, engage the core, don’t drop the head and you’ll find the legs will take care of themselves.
We’re aiming for a nice straight line, so yes raising the hips may feel more comfortable but stop that - there are no benefits to be gained from poor technique.
If you don’t have a personal trainer or training partner to observe, try videoing yourself or position yourself in front of a mirror.
