Lockdown Workout – The Plank

Bee-Safe, Bee-Home, Bee-Fit

This week’s workout is a lovely plank challenge – the perfect lockdown workout.

Here we go:

  1. Hold every plank for as long as you can
  2. Note how many seconds until the next full minute
  3. Perform that many reps of the exercises below for that round
  4. If you stop exactly on a minute it’s 100 reps of each of the exercises listed for each round

ROUND ONE

Plank

Press ups

Tricep dips on a chair

ROUND TWO

Plank

Squat jumps

Lunges

ROUND THREE

Plank

Suicides

Jumping jacks

ROUND FOUR

Plank

Burpees

Squat pulses

ROUND FIVE to EIGHT

Repeat with reverse plank

ROUND NINE TO TWELVE

Repeat with side plank left side

ROUND THIRTEEN TO SIXTEEN

Repeat with side plank right side
