Happy weekend, sports fans! It’s another weekend without a Tottenham Hotspur match (they play Monday afternoon/evening), and weirdly none of today’s matches directly impact Spurs in their bid to avoid relegation. The highlight of today is probably the early match — Liverpool vs. Chelsea, even though Chelsea are currently on a six match losing streak during which they’ve only scored one goal. The longer that streak goes, the more I’m convinced we’re going to lose at Stamford Bridge next weekend, because that’s exactly how this season seems to have gone.
