The Detroit Lions' game in Germany is set for mid-November.
Fox CEO Lachlan Murdoch announced in a conference call Monday, May 11, that his network will broadcast the Lions' Week 10 game in Germany on Nov. 15 as part of a triple-header, according to multiple sports business reporters.

The Lions are scheduled to play their first international game since 2015 this fall in Munich at FC Bayern Munich Stadium. The game will precede Fox's regular 1 p.m. and 4:25 p.m. kickoffs.
NFL Network will announce the matchups for the league's full slate of international games at 9 a.m. Wednesday on "Good Morning Football." The Lions are expected to host either the New England Patriots, New York Giants or Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the game.
While the entire NFL schedule will be released Thursday, networks are announcing select games as part of their Upfront presentations to advertisers this week.
NBC, Fox and Amazon make their presentations today, and NBC already announced its "Sunday Night Football" opener, the Dallas Cowboys against the Giants.
Lions president Rod Wood said in March the team likely will not have a bye after its international trip because of the timing of the game less than two weeks before Thanksgiving.
The league likely would not give the Lions a bye before Thanksgiving while making its opponent play on short rest.
"We’re in a little bit of an odd situation with the game likely in November and Thanksgiving, so I don’t know what our bye treatment will be, but I think it’s unlikely that we’ll get it the week right after," Wood said.
Wood said at the time he asked the NFL not to give the Lions back-to-back Thursday games on Thanksgiving and the week after, as they've had the past two years.
