Our Yoga Classes are taken by Cathy is an experienced Dynamic Yoga instructor and has undertaken 1,000 hours of certified training and prides herself on a teaching style that is thorough, clear and specific but at the same time supportive, gentle and insightful.
Yoga helps improve mobility, strengthens the joints and the spine, improves posture, releases tension in the back and improves the quality of your sleep.
Dynamic Yoga is based on sensitivity and guided by softness. It allows anyone to unite body mind and spirit through effortless action no matter what your age, experience, flexibility or strength.
Becoming more aware of your breath and practising various breathing techniques will help you feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
