Texas defensive lineman Colin Simmons picked up a personal foul penalty in the second quarter against Tennessee football on Sept. 26 for "simulating using the restroom," officials said over the public address system.

Simmons sacked quarterback Faizon Brandon on 3rd-and-13, pinning the Vols deep in their own territory. But he pretended to unzip his pants and urinate on the Neyland Stadium field. It was an easy call for the officials.

The penalty bailed UT out of a drive going nowhere. Because of Simmons' personal foul, the Vols got a fresh set of downs and moved up up 15 yards from the their own 12 to the 27.
The Vols didn't convert in the penalty for points at the end of the drive, but they were able to flip the field in a close game.
Texas had been protecting a 10-3 lead since the 14:29 mark of the second quarter.
